Sooo, its been about a year since I last worked out and I decided I wanted to start eating healthy and get into shape. I have been doing a different variety of casseys workouts, starting sundayy im going to start the ab challage? But I had a few questions what should I eat to lose my body fat and to get skinnier? Hi Daisy. I think it depends on how long you took a break from the workout. If it was just a few days, I think you can resume from where you left off. If it’s been, like, 4-5 weeks, you may want to start from closer to the beginning. Otherwise, your body won’t be used to the workout, and you may hurt yourself. Stay motivated!
