A study by Eat This, Not That! magazine advisor Brian Wansink, director of the Cornell Food and Brand Lab, found that you can estimate how much someone weighs by taking a photo of their kitchen counter. Boxing in the gym can be a great way to release tension, without feeling like it's exercise.
